Ms. Priyanka Das Dona is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration of the World University of Bangladesh. She started her career at this university in March 2011 as a lecturer and got promotions to Senior lecturer and Assistant Professor accordingly. She obtained BBA degree from West Bengal University of Technology, India and MBA from Stamford University, Bangladesh. She completed her Summer Training project on Human Resource Management from Southeast Bank Ltd, Principle branch, Dhaka, and Training on Credit Management from Southeast Bank, Ltd, Head Office, Dhaka. She has several publications in the fields of Finance, Banking, and HRM in reputed national and international journals. She has attended various national and international seminars, symposiums, and workshop. She has expertise in different cultural activities like dancing, singing, anchoring, and event management. She actively participates in the cultural events of World University of Bangladesh. She also completed a News Presentation course from BIJEM. As a teacher, Ms. Dona is interested to deliver her teaching based on the material and practical applications. She wants to motivate and teach her students to build themselves as eligible and strong to compete in the job field and serve the society. She is interested to do research and study on Management for her future Ph.D degree from abroad.
