Md. Mobarak Karim
Mr. Md. Mobarak Karim is currently working as a senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at World University of Bangladesh with a vision to impart quality education. He completed his early education from different educational institutions of Jessore, Bangladesh. Later he completed his BBA and MBA degree from Rajshahi University under the Department of Management. Also he got the certificate of NRTCA. He has currently appeared for the CMA Professional Degree at The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, ICMAB, Bangladesh. Recently he has completed Post Graduate Diploma Degree (PGD) in Human Resource Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management.Throughout his academic career he passed all his examinations with extraordinary distinction, always occupying the top position in his class. As a faculty member he is always dutiful in his responsibilities. Moreover, he conducts counselling on a regular basis to his students regarding their studies, career planning, professional development and so on. He has supervised a number of internship reports of the business students. He is an active member of cultural committee of the department of Tourism and Hospitality Management. Mr. Mobarak Karim has good communication, interpersonal, decision making, presentation skills and is able to work under challenging environment. He has also data management skills such as expertise in Microsoft Office, proficiency in internet browsing etc. The personal traits of Mr. Karim like stress tolerance, self-confidence are also noticeable. He has publications in several international journals. Besides, he is keen to perform research activities in management discipline. Now he has 5 publications in international Journals. He participated in many national and international seminars and workshops dealing with education, communication, sustainable development and media issues. At present he is continuing M.Phil program on Human Resource Management. He is also doing further publications in areas of Human Resource Management in different types of national and international journals. In his personal life, he is friendly, cordial and fun loving person who enjoys to travel a lot. He has interest in writing, travelling, fishing, gardening and listening to music.
He has five (5) publications in international journal. He is awarded in high school, college and university life.
